Quantities
Basically, these minimum quantities are 100 pieces for
animals, 500 pieces for small items like tumbles and
stemware, down 300 pieces for large items like bowls,
vases, jugs, etc. Another good indication of our minimum
requirements is an average value of about 500 U.S. dollars
per item per order.
Quantity
Tolerance
We are flexible up to a point but naturally we prefer
to deal in quantities well above these bare minimum.
It follows from the above that we are practically selling
productive capacity. We insist on a 10% quantity tolerance
due to the nature of production by hand according to
each particular customer’s needs. Moreover, with the
huge choice available, we can offer some discounts.
Prices
The prices in our offer are ex-factory and have been
set at an encouraging promotional level. Prices include
packing and marking of goods.
Conditions
of payment
The level of prices is already adjusted to our strict
conditions of payment. We require either:
an irrevocable documentary letter of credit confirmed
by our bank, with all banking charges borne by the applicant
(i.e. including the D/C charges of beneficiary’s bank).
Production may only begin after our bank’s confirmation
that a satisfactory D/C has been established,
or, pre payment. In this case we require 50% of the
contract value to effect production and the remaining
50% once the goods are ready for shipment.
Samples
If you want to see each product before you order it
or there are any doubts about their quality we may provide
you with some samples from our current production. We
can send it after prepaying with taking care of the
colour, symbol, price etc. by courier.
Cooperation
Our conditions of cooperation, prices and others are
this same as in the factories directly.
We have an agreement with factories and we offer our
products directly from these factories. We are going
to be your partner and representative in Poland. We
will care for your business, we will arrange meetings,
we will negotiate your conditions and co-ordinate orders
and shipment.
However we would like to invite you to visit our factories
in Poland that we co-operate with.
We are sure that you will find items which will fit
in your research and interests.
We are open to discuss other arrangements in particular
circumstances.
